New fast CNC machines
To strengthen our capacity and flexibility, Hjulby CNC TURNING has invested in two new, high-performance Swiss machines. The machines can run both as long and short turning machines and can machine workpieces with a diameter of up to 25mm. We often receive urgent orders, and with the new machines we can quickly switch production from simple to complex parts. The investment in these machines has enabled us to deliver high-precision, high-quality parts at competitive prices.
New washing system
Hjulby CNC TURNING has invested in a new, advanced washing system that ensures 100% clean parts.
This fully automatic washing system effectively cleans down to the bottom holes and bottom threads. After washing, workpieces are completely free of chips, grease and oil residues, making them ready for immediate use in production or shipping directly to the end customer.
